Refund Policy for LuxDesign

Refund Eligibility:

You can claim a refund within the guaranteed period specified for each design service plan. To request a refund, you must contact us via email at contact@luxdesign.com and provide a valid reason for your refund request.

Refund Criteria:

We will review your refund request and may refuse to proceed with a refund if we believe that we can resolve the issue for you, or if the reason for the refund request falls under any of the following categories:

  • Missing Deliverables: Refunds will not be provided for missing deliverables if they are due to content availability or client-provided materials.

  • Temporary Issues: Temporary issues, including those related to client feedback or revisions, may occur. Refunds will not be granted for temporary delays or issues.

  • Temporary Design Problems: Occasionally, design elements may need adjustments due to feedback or unforeseen issues. Refunds will not be issued for such temporary design problems.

  • Inaccurate Specifications: Design services are provided based on the specifications provided by you. Refunds will not be given for inaccuracies if they are due to unclear or incomplete specifications.

  • Setup or Implementation Issues: We offer support and guidance for setup or implementation of our designs. If you encounter difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will not be granted solely due to setup issues.

  • Client-side Issues: If issues arise due to client-side problems such as software incompatibility or incorrect file handling, refunds will not be provided.

  • No Reason Provided: To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a valid reason for your request. Refund requests without a clear and justifiable reason will not be processed.

  • Speed of Work: We strive to complete projects in a timely manner. However, refunds will not be issued for delays caused by client feedback or revisions.
